About

I am a trauma therapist who specializes in supporting individuals and couples through difficult events. I work with people throughout California virtually and in person in Santa Barbara, CA.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and/or abuse, specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My experience in various mental health and medical settings has given me the opportunity to support people across many different ages and stages of life.

My primary therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, with a focus on helping people gain deeper insight into their inner world and life experiences. I also have formal training and consultation in several evidence-based modalities, which I integrate thoughtfully depending on each person’s needs:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A structured approach that helps the brain process and make sense of traumatic experiences.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy: An attachment-focused approach that supports understanding and improving relationships.

Child-Parent Psychotherapy:A supportive, relationship-based treatment for young children and their caregivers, focused on healing from trauma and strengthening connection.
